These are fantastic. I've used them consistently for 3 months, and there is a clear appetite suppressant factor. They help me continue to see weight loss while on a low dose of my GLP-1. I definitely think I will be using them when I start going off the GLP-1 for maintenance purposes. Also, I think that they are helping with general digestion...when I have gaps in taking them, I notice both increased hunger but also general stomach upset.
